Changed top menu bar + added search bar

In a continuous effort to improve the NYM browsing experience for our users, I have improved the top menu bar a bit. I shortened it up, added all Tech sections in the new Tech drop down menu, and also added a search box as well. The "NYM Tools" button that was there is still on the navbar next to Calendar and New Posts.

Ohhh, you were one of the few people that used the that tools menu! Sorry about that. The tools menu was moved to the same line where it shows New Posts. Do you see where I mean?
