Man i wish i could get that dozer. I would love to restore it back to orginal shape. Looks like it has most of the orginal parts there. Damn nice find.
Is there a Market for VIntage Dozers? that thing is so rusty its almost beyond restore, as are the rest of the auto's there, they were completely exposed to the elements,
Wow!!! That's so cool man, I love seeing and exploring historic stuff like this, would you be able to find the location on the map where you think it would be and link us?
In the mean time I'll try to look around on the map.
For those of you near me there is a green 67 Mustang Coupe sitting in a driveway on 9A. I forget where but it is where 87 and 9A are like right next to eachother. Also there is a car, not sure what on 9A in Elmsford right before 287 there is the giant there and you keep heading north just after the gas station there is this small whit house looking thing that is a sign place and there is a chain link fence and there is this car there I see that it's metal and it might be a 71-73 Mustang or an AMX or something that looks like that. I go buy it like 3 times a week and still can't figure out what it is. I'm stopping by Friday to check it out.
I HATE when people have old cars or anything for that matter and just let them sit and rot, especially when they refuse to sell it to someone who would restore it to original, it's just such a waste IMO.
Yes they don't keep them outside their barns exposed to the elemnts with half a tarp on them. Listen to Mike he knows about keeping his cars in the elements.
