I just tried to reserve a room for the show they told me that the wing u guys reserved was full and that someone needed to call to to try to section off more rooms. Anyone else have this problem?

This is the first time im going to Carlisle. Just out of curiousity, I made my reservation a month ago and all I got was an email confirmation. Im assuming that I have to print it out and bring it with me as proof. Is there anything else that I should have received in my email or mail? such as a parking spot number or an entrance ticket???

All you need is your name for the hotel. For the Carlisle event, did you register at Carlisle Ford Nationals - Collector Car Show and Swap Meet, Everything Ford, Lincoln, Mercury

If you did, they will mail you the entrance sticker a few weeks before the show. Once you arrive, they will tell you where to park..

If not... register.

As for the hotel you just have a email receipt in all honesty I would print that and bring it with you as a record just in case something went wrong you have proof that you made a reservation. And if you registered for Carlisle then eventually in the mail you get a envelope from them with your registration sticker and a letter or something like that, you bring that with you to the show to register you and your car there.
