Hello to all. Here is the question that has had me pulling out my hair for a week......
I have a 65 coupe 289 auto trans. I have the 600cfm Edelbrock carb on a performer intake. This past winter, I broke down the carb, cleaned and rebuilt it. Installed it back with recommended bench settings, and it ran great. Now, it doesn't seem to want to start when it's warm, doesn't seem to idle right unless it warms up for 20 minutes. Once it's under load, it runs beautiful. I'm wondering if it's a mixture problem, idle issue or maybe something else. I'm the body guy, not a mechanic. LOL I appreciate any help/advice. Lou
