i want to run disc brakes in the rear of my fox but i see that some brakes state cant be used with c clip elimators in the axles anybody kno brakes or a way around this?? thanks guys

If I shit in a box and give it a lifetime warranty..... Would you believe me?;) If your making the power, and want to stay 8.8, 9'"ends and 33 + spline is the way to go.

Do they make the 9inch ends for the 8.8 axles or you mean go with 9inch axles and if that's the case do they make 9inch axles 4lug??

You weld 9" ends onto the 8.8 housing. Also look at getting the axle tubes welded while your at it. Dont wanna do shit twice..

This modification ISN'T something you can do in your driveway, your axle tubes have to be precisely cut, and the ends welded on in a jig. You'll have to pull the rearend and take it to a chassis fabrication/performance shop to have it done.

Well worth the hassle though. No more leaking c-clip elim's, and you can run just about any aftermarket back brake set up, and it's stronger also....call Moser, they will hook you up with everything you need to do this correctly, and yes, you can get them in 4 lug.
