more info would be helpful, because the 65 mustang came with both a 4 and 5 lug bolt pattern, if its a 5 lug the bolt pattern will match the 94's but then offset comes into play, i believe the 65's had a lower offset so it might stick out a bit but it really all depends on the exact specs of the wheel(bolt pattern, offset, width) if you could get that info then i could tell you exactly if they'll fit right
