I am going to start at 8 pounds and go from there... I am happy you are so enthused about it lol as am I!!!!
No more building for a week but I am thinking about getting gt500 injectors instead of the 03 04 cobra blues...

well with a twin screw yes turbo not as much but like I said I'm looking for a f250 motor or at another 4.6 to build.. If not my own, pistons rods crank heads studs ect ect...

Finished mounting up the front mount...






Ran all the coolant lines and Mounted the turbos, didnt use the gaskets used silicone instead....

I also picked up a few new things for performance and looks....

KNN air filters:



Catch can/ breather:



Header Wrapped the down pipe on the drivers side because it was too close to wires, AC, Brake lines, Evap and ect ect...

Everything is looking great, man!!!!!!! You are doing a great job.
It looks like you could have gotten away with a larger intercooler, but the one you have should work just fine :awesomework:. As for using silicone in the headers it is fine as long as the matting surfaces are completely flat. If you end up with a exhaust leak after a few pulls (GOD FORBID) try a set of Remflex gaskets. Best gaskets, that I know of, for a Turbo application.

Turbos are water cooled? Nice!!!

Well we have always used silicone and haven't had trouble so we shall see... My buddy has a gt35 on a built talon and has no issues... It came with gaskets just don't trust them...
Turbos are water and oil fed lol water was easy to hook up we just have to pull the pan now for the oil drain... Can't wait to get this done!!!!

Oh and the front mount is rated at 1550 cfms but I am wanting larger lol...
