Buffing Question (wheels)

Hey Folks...my GT has the stock 10 holes on it, and they are in great shape. I have seen a few for sale here and there with the outward facing surfaces polished to a nice shine. I'm familiar with the various compounds and buffer usage, so what would the correct product/process be to bring those spots (around the holes and the outer lip) up to a nice mirror shine?

Mothers wax makes a Power Cone that you use with a cordless drill. That and their Mag/Alum Polish will do the trick

I believe 10 holes have a clear coat on them. Check them out...If so you're going to have to get that off before you can polish them up...
