best intake

okay; so the BBK intake is not that good or has some problems which I really don't need... now give me some advise on which way to go for a good intake...my engine does have some head work, such as ported/polished and valve job... the thing is I want to add something to my car that will give it a little more pep so I was thinking an intake and an ignition... let me know what the good people of NY Mustang think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can be bought used for 200 on corral all the time

I liked my Systemax but you can get something else for less that will work ok. I like the Edelbrocks and have always had good luck with Cobra intakes. Like mentioned above you can have the lower ported if you want more flow.

A tmoss ported old school Performer will flow right with a Systemax.

Nothing wrong with the TFS stuff either.


Good test of some intakes, most all the major players. This was on an SC'ed motor though let me find the one on the NA engine.
