95 gt new clutch..help

I recently had a new clutch installed in my 95 gt. Sounds like a bang sometimes when car goes into reverse, other times it goes into gear fine. Any ideas what my problem might be?

next time you go into reverse throw it into 5th, and THEN R... it will make it go away.

Reverse is non-syncronized. By doing what ull_lose says it will slow help line up the gears and allow a smooth shift.
