My vote is for TFS TW 170s, that's what I have on my car. Some cams are made to be used with the 1.7 roller rockers, and other cams are made for the 1.6 roller rockers. Pick the cam you want to run first and go from there. You can probably google the formula to figure out how much more lift you can get with the 1.7s based on the lift of the cam. I used to know it.
As far as the cam goes, the stock one isn't too bad when paired with 1.7s. But for off the shelf cams, the N41 is a nice piece, (from Anderson Motorsport) and some of the cams from Comp Cams can work pretty well too. Something in the 266 to 274 range.
What Edelbrock intake manifold do you have? The RPM 2, or the Performer? You'll want to match your stuff the best you can. If your intake has a range from 1500 to 6500 rpms, then you want a cam similar to that to get the most out of your cam.
Oh, and go with stud mounted rockers, I think pretty much all of the aluminum heads are made for the stud mounted rockers.
The stock type lifters are fine.
The push rods will have to wait until you put the heads on. You will need a push rod length checker to check for the correct size you need for your setup.
EDIT: You'll want to get hardened push rods once you have found the correct length.
