2014 Mustang GT/CS

Yesterday I ordered my second Mustang . This 5.0 is equipped with,Option group 402A CAL SPECIAL PACKAGE. ,6SPD AUTO,ELECTRONICS PKG, COMFORT PACKAGE,GLASS ROOF, CS STRIPES BLACK ,315 LTD SLIP , SHAKER PRO AUDIO SYSTEM . The color of my GT/CS is Sterling Grey. Matches my 2010 GT. Expected delivery 8-10 weeks. 2014 Mustangs are already arriving at Ford dealerships. Ford is having nice incentives at this time. The 2014 Mustang is the last year of Generation 5 S197 "RETRO" Mustang .After 2014 the retro style yields to Mustang Generation 6. Rattler at the body shop ......then New Intercooled Whipple and 2013 season Mods installed.

Makes sense. My DD is a GT..stick....I kind of like driving stick in NYC traffic....weaving in and out...downshifting to get that extra oomph to get past somebody.
But then....I have lots of nervous energy. I canot sit still...lol

I didnt care for the glass roofs when they 1st came out. It changed the roof line & the actual opening was small. The new ones like this are much better & something I could live with.

This 2013 GT/CS 6spd Auto looks exactly like the car being built this week . This GT has no glass roof or navigation system. It is the color I ordered ,Sterling Grey. My new 2014 GT/CS has been built..........Ford says the car is waiting for transport to my NY dealer.Ford expects its arrival at the dealer around March 26th. Once the car has arrived new pics will be posted.
