The Whipple does have a different aproach to the curve. The new Eaton superchargers that Roush uses are fantastic. Phase 1 kit 575 HP to the crank. They also have an upgrade phase 2 kit 625 hp to the crank. I wanted to see the difference in the superchargers when applied to both automatics. Both kits are similiar in parts except, that ROUSHCHARGER is roots and the WHIPPLE is not. The Whipple does seem to have the edge as more of a torque monster. The rear wheel power should be around 485 HP with the Roushcharger. You loose some because of the auto. Internals remain stock. I am not going a METH/WATER route at all. New fuel rails and radiator ,with 47lb injectors. Its a nicely worked kit. The 5.0 will have more HP than my 4.6L , but not alot more. I went conservative on hp and torque initially. The Roushcharger matched to the new carbonfiber driveshaft makes for a nice match .
