Here is the information on the hotel, i have 10 rooms booked at the Microtel in Geneva from Wednesday July 31st to Sunday August 4th. These rooms were booked last year so we had rooms for all the members. Some members have taken a room for a couple of days or only 1 day, these rooms are booked on my credit card so here is what you will have to do.
Call Microtel Geneva at 1-315-789-7890, tell them there are rooms booked under David Hilner/ New York Mustangs, give them the dates you want one of the rooms for and your personal information.
I have 24 hours to cancel or get charged for all the rooms, on Monday July 29th i will be calling and cancelling all rooms not reserved. I dont feel like getting hit with a $4000 bill.

Due to unforseen circumstances Stacie and I won't be there on Saturday. We'll be heading out with everyone on Friday for the dinner and will either grab a ride with someone down to the Glen or stay in Geneva for that portion of the day. We'll be staying the night at Microtel and will head back Saturday morning. Really wish we could have stayed for the car show and parade on Saturday but it's just not gonna be possible. 
If anyone is cool with us hitching a ride down to the Glen let me know. I'd love to take some pictures of everyone going around the track!

Right now there are 8 rooms out of 10 reserved left, minus 1 for myself and Jenna and there are 7 rooms still available at the Microtel Inn in Geneva for the Rally.
I reserved 10 rooms from Wednesday July 31st till Sunday August 4th, the rate for these rooms are $84.99 for Wednesday and Thursday night and $114.00 for Friday and Saturday night, they are all double queen rooms.
On Monday, July 29th at 8pm I will be calling Microtel and canceling all rooms reserved under my name that have not been spoken for yet, so if you plan to come down and stay, you need to call by then or take the chance of finding a room in Geneva.

We wont be doing the cruise in tonight, we are going down to Watkins Glen and doing a dinner cruise there from 7-10
Remember everyone, we will be having a group lunch tomorrow at 12pm at the Ramada Inn on the Lake, after we eat, we can stop by Belhurst Castle and then cruise down as a group to Watkins Glen for the Thunder Road Tour
