planning a meeting for next week.. working towards next years show.
some things we are going to kick around:
1. food, possible vendor(s) coming in, food court maybe
2. moving whole show to huge grassy area out back, keeping cars together.we are planning for 100-150 cars next year
3.some type of big banner with 'mustang rally' on it, at entrance to draw attention.
4.judging. any judges would be asked to judge all cars no separate years as far as I know. and majority rules.we had 6 judges this last show...+ or - classes
5.possible swap meet area
6.giveaways/ raffles
7. dj/music
8.gift bags, possible items to include
9.possible mustang parts vendors coming in
10.autocross format, somewhat limited but looking at it.
11. t shirts sizes to order, designs maybe. too many xxl & 2xl,3xl this year
12. parade ettiquete. may be best part don't want to lose it, no excessive burnouts..need to be aware of little kids..and maybe throwing candy from cars
