thanks for the updated info. I ended up swapping 2 wires off one of the factory headlamp harness that was used. (swapped left most and right most wire positions)

I have to switch the stock 3 pin headlamp harness wires from side to side. (swapped position of right most and left most wires) There was a polarity issue causing my concern.

you should change the oil, change the coolant and see if there is still smoke. i have noticed from experience that the Duralast pads eat rotors like crazy. You may have long pad life but expect on machining or replacing rotors more often with the use of these pads.

is your car equipped with SYNC? I am assuming it is... Well if you look on the dash near the radio buttons, you should see a button that says "phone" press that button and you should be able to navigate from there how to pair and use a phone thru the sync system

most likely your throttle body is defective. Could have just been pure luck when you decided to load a performance tune and the throttle body is starting to throw codes out. I would start with a new throttle body or if you can just get the tb sensors then just get the sensors and retest. what...
