Because I wouldn't want the trim to look like it was just stuck on top of the old. If you sand a bit of it off, and then put the trim on, it would look better.

Nice fox in your sig, will you be bringing it next year? I have a suggestion on the autocross. After taking my first run, I felt comfortable with the track and was able to push the car more, but if there will be more people next year, maybe you should considered having someone there who knows...

I also thought about sanding mine down and buying the trim to put on it afterwards. Buying a pair of windows that don't have mustang written on them for $350, is not really what I want to do, or anyone else wants to do, lol.

Yep, I used the ones with the [IMG] in the front and back of the link...

That's what makes the 5 ohs so desirable. :D They respond good to bolt ons and are cheaper to build, ford engines wise. Glad to see you were able to still use them, I definitely would have been pissed that they didn't fit.

Also, Ironhorse, could you tell me what website the pics from the autocross will be on? I'm pretty sure there should be some sideways action on a few of the pics... lol.

I used photobucket... but maybe one of my settings for importing the pics are too small. I remember the one forum I used to be on, the moderators and wannabe moderators always threw fits if you put a pic up that was a centimeter too big.... :nono:

Nice videos, there were lots of sweet rides there. Could you liking the last video the most have something to do with the guy saying how great the car looked? J/K. :D I see you caught that thunderbird doing a good burnout on the last video too, he was crazy!

^Yes I am definitely going back next year!! :D I had a great time like I said, and I'm sure that next year will be better! :) I was just suggesting a few things to keep in mind for next time, I know that organizing something like this is hard to do.

I believe the people who did the judging, were the four who set it up, but I'm not sure. Maybe the op might post something on here about a few things that we have brought up.

Yeah Dawn, I really thought you would have won at least one of the awards.... Some of the people who won, I didn't even know what car they drove. And a few of them that did win, and I saw their car, I really thought there was a better car there. :idk:
