Here is the rack TSB for 2002-04 Mustangs. http://www.stangnet.com/images/stories/docs/sn95_TSBs/05-14-03.pdf It says it supersedes TSB 04-24-8 which may have covered earlier years. The problem is not really the bushing but the sleeve, however once apart it makes sense to do the bushings...
