Today I spent about 1 hour in the garage with my soldering torch scraping off old undercoating from the inner wheel house & what is left of the old outer wheel house. It was too humid to work any longer today. At least I did accomplish something.

I removed what was left of the quarter panel skin at the rocker panel & found a couple rot holes when I was sanding the rocker panel. I cut a couple pieces to repair this spot on the r/s rocker & one for the same spot on the l/s rocker. All that is left now is to remove the piece in the door...

I need help with my 65 coupe

E,F, & K look like they may be brackets for the e-brake cables. Maybe Ponyboy289 will chime in & help out as he knows alot about the 65/66's.

Today I finished removing the r/s quarter skin to get ready to replace the quarter skin & outer wheel house. Next up is drilling out the spot welds for the outer wheel house, & what is remaining of the quarter skin at the door jamb & at the rear.

Today I started the removal of the r/s rear quarter panel in preperation of the replacement of the r/s rear quarter skin & outer wheel house. As soon as the work has progressed far enough I will snap a few pics & post them up. Hoping to have the bulk of the quarter skin off by Tuesday.
