Thanks Mike. Today after work I drilled out the spot welds holding the remainder of the l/s outer torque box at the frame rail. Next up, trimming back the floor & removing the l/s floor support. :D

Today I spent a couple hours & removed the rest of the l/s torque box. All that is left is where it was spot welded to the frame & the rocker panel which I will grind off, then I will remove what is left of the l/s floor support.

Today I installed the newest addition to the 69 Coupe, Shelby Convertible lower side scoops to do away with IMO the ugly looking backwards facing scoops.

Thanks for the responses guys, yes, the engine is out of the mustang. OK, so it is settled steering, suspension, & the brakes get done next.
