take off the rubber sealing around the edge, and then there are several bolts that hold the panel on. cant remember if they are philips or if they are the star pattern. There are a bunch of clips also that hold it on. Good luck.

Definitely change the springs. You are looking at at least a 200lb difference between the 4 and the 8. It is going to push and feel sloppy. I have a set of H&R drag springs that will work perfect, let me know. Great job on the swap, now If Jeff would get his ass in gear he would be done also. :D
