Yep. Nittos run narrow so they would fit, but a 315 is recommended for a 11" wheel. It would fit but as rob said, depends on the tire.

Being that we have our own tent, we might be able to reserve a bunch of spots just for NYM. 99% of the shows that we go to and represent, the organizers were very helpful in keeping the club together. Lets see what can be done. I will bring some caution tape to make our own corral:D

tire rack usually has the best prices. You can check discount tire or even Mavis. Good luck. I have replaced my tires on my car and truck all with tire rack.

Before jumping into the Ball joint pool. I would start easy and as others have said, check the wheel balancing. Out of balance wheels will cause a steering wheels shake in the MPH you are saying. Good luck.
