    Won't it be a lot more annoying to install cams after the S/C is on the car? I would do the cams now because the installation would just become more time consuming later(and more expensive in labor if you don't do your own work)...

    you should be fine with 9:1 compression, its not too high for boost, its just the lower your compression, the higher PSI you can push. I would worry about the internals first because you can't safely push more than 450 to the wheels on stock internals meaning lowing your compression and upping...

    Underdrive Pulleys!!

    No tune is needed, and the install isn't that difficult, hardest part will probably be removing the bolt holding the current pulley on, just make sure you have a large breaker bar/pipe to get the leverage needed on it.

    Isn't it better to stick to around 3.73s or around there if you're automatic? I think I remember when looking at mustangs long ago that most people said 3.73s for autos, and 4.10s for M5s?

    Underdrive pulleys will definitely help. Your car will climb through the RPMS quicker and you will receive a gain in HP by lowering the parasitic loss suffered throughout the drivetrain.
