Stock bumpers are basically plastic. Most aftermarket bumpers are urethane. Both can be filled in. I do not do body work so I do not know the names but it was blue :) . But if it is fiberglass any good shop can glass them in. I have a fiberglass specialist near me. I am sure body guys will...

Every factory front bumper is gonna have those dimples. I had the ones on mine filled in when they painted it. Not a big deal to do. If you are buying one and have to have it painted, just have them fill it in.
