Yes and no. For a temporary gauge you can remove the stock sending unit. If going to run one full time you need a sandwich adapter plate.

39's are fine up to about 490-500. I run 60's and going to be pushing 650+. Turbo and blow through is a great idea, no need for 80's with a stock block. The block is only "safe" for about 500, but some have let go at as little as 400. Plan the build. Do research, find out what are the best...

If you have coin, go with the brembo upgrade. If not, at least slotted rotors with hawk pads or ebc. I would go for the brembo big brake setup. That is what i am doing soon.

The stock maf will peg depending on the flow created by yoir setup. You could buy a larger maf meter or use a diablo mafia. The mafia, I have one sitting here, is cheaper and just plugs in between your maf and the car. Both need to be tuned. I am not familiar with that turbo kit. Best of luck.
