Not very difficult. your best bet is to find a donor car. off the top of my head, you will need- Transmission Bellhousing clutch/flywheel/pressure plate clutch fork pedal assembly clutch cable shifter assembly lower/upper shift boots driveshaft Ujoint ECU reprogrammed- NYstang

Saleen you REALLY want the whole kit to pull off witht he cobra, you will also need the foglights, bezels, chin spoiler, and radiator cover. those parts are about another 3-400 on top of what you pay for the bumper. keep that in mind.- NYstang
