I never wash mine, just wash the bugs off the front with warm soapy water and rinse, and duster on the rest, with some detailer on some spots. I saw your album pics, nice!!! What will be your first mod?
I have the Shaftmaster 1pc alum driveshaft 12-15 more rwhp than stock, 1pc weight is 17lbs vs stock shaft at about 35-40lbs. I also have the BMR adj-upper control arm+mount, and the svt lower control arms ,to stop the wheel hop. You will have to get the pinion angle set right,or you may have...
Go to 373 gears and use 17inch wheels on the rear at the track to drop the et to 13.5 or so, larger wheels rob rwhp. Before I went to the Supercharger, I went from 3.55s to 4.10s, it was like adding 100hp.
My first car was a brand new Mustang, 1970 Mach1, what a ride for $3500, should have kept that car,and sold the first wife. Looking forward to seeing your Album pics.
They may have done that when they put in the x pipe, they may f -up something else when they put in your new catback, thats why I did my x pipe, and all the mods myself.
If you have the old type springs that open the door,be sure they have the safety cable inside the springs, if the springs breaks without the cables inside them they my hit the car.
I saw a nice 2001 Red Mustang V6 conv. for sale today at Damian's Auto in Hamilton NY, I'd buy it myself but my wife would kill me if I bought another Mustang!!!
This week I put in the AFCO hi-per radiator for better cooling, and the two JLT oil separators, no more oil in the intake I hope. JDM my Saleen Supercharger tuner says it's ok to have oil in the intake, but I thought it must be ok not to have it in there.
