the first time i went to the track i pulled off a 14.0 at 103. catback, o/r X. tune, cai,and pulleys. bald stock tires. it made me throw up in my mouth alittle. i expected better then that. it was way harder than i thought. this year the mods are alot better. we will soon see.

if you plan on doing the gears yourself you will need a tool that stretches the diff.. for some reason ford thought it prudent to make it difficult for the do it yourselfer. for me 4.10 FTW

am recommends switching to a non-platnium plug also. your car will probably "ping"
