No , not just the hat, took out the stock pump, put in the GT500 dual pump, and the rest of the kit, wires and all that, fuel lines went on the same as the stock pump.
Rus- is it harder to install than the GT500 pump setup, I did that myself, with the help of the instructions that came with it, and also talked to the seller (JDM) for some help. Maybe the seller can walk you through the install.
