I think I figured it out. Looks like I need to buy a PIE adapter - Model number FRD04-AUX This plugs into the back of the shaker. Then use RCA to complete the install.

That's happened to me at least 10 times. It unsticks after it warms up. I just leave it in gear now when I know it's gonna be cold out.
