I was seeing people with gt40p and f/b cams and making about 300hp, the trickflow setup says its around 350hp?

I could easily go buy 3.73's and a new t5 trans for when i do my engine swap, but i have no idea what the stock gears and trans are in my car at the moment lol, thought they were 2.73's but i was told otherwise

I meant that i didn't want my wallet to be empty lol, all the money i get (which isn't much sad to say), is going into the car so my wallet is literally empty all the time. What im probably going to do is just the hci setup so i can drop it in the car over winter, but if i do end up turboing it...

So my intentions are to create a 302 to withstand up to 30psi from a holset hx35 and eventually nitrous shots. I'd like to run low 12's when all is said and done. I've got a 302 block that runs and burns a little oil around 4k rpms that i obviously have to rebuild, buy new pistons, manifolds...

With the rate im at now im probably going to keep the 4 cylinder, mine runs surprisingly well for having 174,000 miles lol... i'd have to rebuild it anyway, but is the block itself worth using or should i be looking for a new block to rebuild?

the 4 cylinder has a different transmission than the v8? v8 = t5 obviously but i've heard the 4 cylinder has a t4.5 or t45 or something like that

I've heard with newer tech like you've said. You can supposedly get one turbo that produces the same result as two. But i plan on (hopefully) keeping my car for a long time, twin turbo's just seems better in the end even though it's more work and probably money than just one.

so they had the idea of making a 16v dohc head or did they actually come out with those heads? o.O.. if they're on the market i need to get one lol

buy the 87-93 fox wiring harness, will have everything you need if you buy the one with all the options. I've got a 90 lx that im going to probably do the total opposite swap of you lol from 2.3L into a 302CI 5.0 :smash:

I'm not much into it for a lot of hp, i just want to be able to beat my brothers 89 mustang lol. He's going to put a 351 in his and end up supercharging it with kenne-belle or whipple im guessing. I prefer turbos over superchargers and im guessing a 351 supercharged is going to beat a 302 single...

So i've got a tiny 2.3L in my car at the moment and probably next winter will be replacing it with a rebuilt 302 so i have to redo the whole wiring harness anyway. Is it possible to do a twin turbo carbeurated 302? ive seen plenty of single turbo carbed but never a twin... I don't really car for...
