Everything is pretty simple; the only suggestion I have is placing the ballasts between the 2 main beams that make up the front bumper support, just make sure the area you mount them at is very clean and you should have no issues.

It looks pretty nice if you have the other items to accent the smoked headlights, but for sure HID's with tinted anything is the way to go.

Yes, still really good output of light for sure, but also depending on how deep the tint the color shows more, so even some of the strong pure whites still show blue-ish hue to them.
