:confused: Has anybody here tried this? Putting a 99 V6 & auto trans into a 92? I have a 92 that needs a new engine, the 2.3 died. I have a good running V6 & trans in the 99 & was just thinking???? :confused:

:confused: We used to chain the Engine down, being it touques to the right, saved alot of motor mounds & other parts. :confused:

Whay year is your car & engine? My car is off the road now, so I'm not pressed for time only bad thing NO GARAGE. The way the weather has been around here might have to wait till spring to do it? You have been alot of help! The best thing is you know what I need to do! Thanks again, Jim

Have you done this swap? I have read most of the article a while ago, doesn't sound too simple ? Someone told me it's a easy swap & than someone else told only the engine from the T-Bird I can use? He said I need to find a TURBO set-up from a Mustang? I don't want to buy the T-bird set -up &...

I have a 93' Mustang that needs a Engine, it a 4 cyl. I can get a 88' T-Bird 4 cyl Turbo ready to install with Wire harness & computer. I've did engine swaps before but nothing like this, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a Old School Mech. not used to all the electrical & computer...
