30 lb injectors and MAF. 560 lift hydraulic roller, pro comp 210 heads, 9.5 comp. ratio, trick flow intake. Fairly mild street motor.

I have the 427 up and running in my 95 GT. Pulled the sprout, set base timing and it runs fine, but idles like crap. Other guys tell me 95's always idle bad after modifications. Where can I go to get a chip burnt? Would a 95 Cobra R ecu help?

Finished the motor and ran it on an engine stand (with a carb). Ran good, sounds good, no strange noises. I put the injection on and just put it in the 95. I am starting to like this project!

My 95 GT had a blown piston. Went on ebay, bought a complete pump, lines, pistons, relays etc. for $145 from a wrecking yard in Georgia. Works perfect.

Next project

I picked up the GT cheap, I put on a new top and had the body and paint done. I built the 427,78 block .040 over, TMD stroker kit, Pro comp Heads, Lunati cam, Trick Flow EFI manifold. I have a heavy duty T5 but I figure that will grenade the first day. I plan on running the engine on a stand...

Should be done this spring.

It is external at 28 oz. A 351w 28oz flywheel takes an 11 inch clutch. I have a new steel 28 oz flywheel for the Mustang but it is a 10 1/2 inch clutch. Different tooth count as well. I built the engine and have run it on an engine stand, it runs real well.

The TKO tremec can take 500 ft. lbs of torque. Thats the one I need only it's another $2100. I guess it is only money.
