I plan on getting the accufab myself after my new clutch is broken in and I can get the car back on the dyno, so this is from what I've heard: yes you need tune for new TB. If your blower is stock/unported then you wont see more than a couple HP if at all but throttle response will be night...

I think you can throw alot at them like 800, 900 but of course they wont live very long. they could probably max even more than that or 600 - 700 and be pretty safe this is from what I know but there are better 03/04 owners here to ask.

01's have an aluminum block its a slightly lighter design and i beleive its called the windsor block
