thanks Tim.. I wouldnt feel right purchasing a car that has had paint work for full retail, especially a car like this.. If it were a daily driver or a Honda Civic or something I wouldnt mind so much but on a car you plan to keep for a while its important to me..

A smart customer will paint meter the entire car before purchasing it... I know I do.... Not saying anything bad abou thtis car just pointing out the obvious...

in the dealer world, if a car has a bad carfax it has been hit, painted or something else like that regardless of the reason. We will not purchase or sell cars on our lot that have a bad carfax.. My personal truck was side swiped and insurance paid to have some of the truck painted... I paid...

bad as in it was involved in an accident which required more than $1000.00 in repairs..

this car was at the auction a few weeks ago and I was ready to buy it but it has a bad carfax and its been in an accident :(
