They are both T5 trannys but the 4 cylinder has a much smaller input shaft and a higher 1st gear if i am not mistaken.You are going to destroy that thing as soon as you make any power let alone boost.Start with a decent engine/trans combo and go from there.

Mallory part# is 4309 cost around 89.00 Aeromotive part# is 13301 cost around 120.00 Msd dist part# 8479 cost around 260.00 You can probably find alot or all of these parts used somewhere on the web. Good luck with the swap.

They are always on Ebay cheap,you can probably get a whole BD-11 kit for under 800.00.

Try and find a early 70's block if anything and do a single turbo with a Blo Thru carb.Tuner friendly.the initial cost of a good carb and hat will be in the 1,200.00 range but after that the tuning can be done with a LM1 and CHEAP carb parts.Alot of people are doin it.Good luck
