The 90 lx 2.3 doesnt have forged pistons as the carbed and injected tubo motors did.

Im doing the swap as well, except i have to make a harness and all for mine. But a TC motor is a great choice especially if you find a runner as they can take quite a bit of power in stock trim.

They are white and rust free. i was going tot use them on my 79' until my body guy said he my original door were fine. The doors are in a shed at my fathers house, i'll check them out further in a acouple days.
