Have you tuned the termi after putting the K&N kit on? I know the K&N kits lean the mixture out too much. Even exhaust leaks can create these errors...

Try closing your TB then back it out 1 turn and set your TPS to .98 volts; this should help, also check the IAC.

Chris that an easy fix...contact your tuner and ask them to add the options.
