weather report ain't lookin good

We can meet at the park-n-ride on 9W at Rt 299. It's a few of miles south of the event. What is the plan if it rains? If it is bad weather I may bring my truck. They state that if they cancel it will be by 4:00 PM. We should get there by 9:15 - 9:30 at the latest.
