Have a 88 5.0 and I'm getting a new cam in a few weeks, either the e303 or b303 and if I'm not mistaken the f303 would too big for my stock heads. Which cam would u guys recommend?

I want to put a turbo in my 5.0, I don't want anything crazy, just something like 6-8 psi, will i need to change my internals?? And also my car has a holley 650 carb on it, will I need a special carb or can i just put the carb bonnet on top?

i have a crane cam for an 82 & up 302 H.O, the guy i bought my fox off of threw it in with the car but i never used it because it was too big for my car. it has a 670 lift and a 3900-7700 rpm range, have the box for it and the spec sheet. best offer takes it
