I have a stock 1999 front end that doesn't have the fog lamps, It never had them. I looked behind the bottom fender and it looks like it has the mounts where the fog lamp brackets would bolt or screw on. My question is, can I cut flush the bottom inlets and bolt on the Mustang fog lamps? Or...
