You will want a tune. No sense in adding such bolt-ons as cam, heads, intake, etc. without one. The car will run better and you will maximize your HP. Also go with the larger injector. Leaves you room for future mods. Much cheaper to recal the mass air than to keep swapping out injectors...

I would also install some new lifters and pushrods while I was at it. I would also go with 30lb. injectors for plenty of headroom. The 93 cobra even came with 24's with gt 40 heads and cobra intake. No way 19's will work with your add-ons.
