Canfields, custom solid roller cam, and a matching intake (I know virtually nothing about F.I. choices) would be the best 'bang for your buck.' Sure it will cost more now, but at least you have decent stuff that works together and you wont be replacing everything in a year.

Just a question? Why do you want to use them? Most 351 heads are the same as 302 heads. There was a couple years (71,72) or something like that where they were a better designed head. Apart from that, an E7 head doesnt care if it comes on a 302 or a 351. There will be no difference between the...

It has to be re-wired. I'm not exactly sure how, I'm sure it can be found easily enough. Besides that it will work fine.
