Depends on what it needs to shot gun a price is kinda tough without a complete tear down. Have you looked around for a used one, rebuilds can get pricy.

25psi save for a motor. I love the motor will take it, the heat generated at 25psi the pistons wont last long and without a spot on tune, race fuel and logging the car. Pack a shovel to clean up the parts. As Mike posted, 17psi to 18psi and a safe tune.

You need to learn how to data log so you are not just replacing part after part. Do a search log it and send it to us.

Did you get a allignment after the springs got installed. I never liked dropping them, ride quality was always a issue.

Not sure where this came from. It is our job to protect the assets of the dealership and FMC when you sign up and work for a dealership. Most the time when a part fails, we have to send it back to FMC and they test it and do a investigation as to why it failed, this is how they can make better...

Tunes melt things when not done correct and per the PPM of Ford anything done or altered can and may void your warranty, its up to the dealership so if warranty is your concern. Be careful or develope a decent relationship with a ford dealer, it wont hurt long term.

A ford racing tune would not hurt your warranty, anything outside of that a dealership can choose not honor your warranty.
