gotta say this is getting no where...You ask us for advise we give it then all the hatters come out...Mustang Magic is buy far the most reliable shop around..sure a problem happens every now and then as in all business..Its what the shop dose to fix the problem that counts...also you the customer have the right to get what you payed for..I say give Joe a call and talk to him...if you don't like what you here, Its OK to go someplace else...

your giving a very open answer.... the only way to fix the problem is to troubleshoot it when it starts acting up. If you don't know what your doing then have it towed to a shop so that they can figure it out! I looked over the thread, if your tight on money then deal with it. Nothing fixed right is cheep!

before you start talking bad about mustang magic here, you should know that joe is good to all of us here and is a sponsor of our site....It is your opinion so you have that right to feel that way..This is America...But I also have a voice on this subject and to talk bad about someones business and to go out of your way to do so is poor taste and should not be done here..I would like it to end and am thinking this thread should be shut down..
At what point did anyone have a resonable reason to talk crap about joes shop..All I read was don't go there or Avoid mustang Magic...no reason or proof of anyone getting screwed other than I know a guy that spent alot of money there and they were not happy...OK..why? explain...tell us what went wrong...give us a reason and then I would not say anything in Joe's defense, but untill I here some reason that makes sence, I am gonna defend his rep here. He is a big part of our forum and is respected buy many of us here..
And being in business is about having a good name and strong referal base...so to have a bounch of smak talk about a mans shop without a good reason is not fair...

In the mind of the author...the statement is reasonable for reasons that he didnt care to state. Nobody has a 100% customer satisfaction rate and you cant expect them to. For every reason that someone can be upset with something, there is an upset person that has been in EVERY and any shop. So again, you name it, and the reason is there and is valid from the perspective of that person wether or not they care to go into details on a forum.
And dont get so defensive, Ive had many positive experiences with MM too but being "a big part of our forum" doesnt exempt any company from having dissatisfied customers who will tell people about their experiences. The next thing you know, negative posts about a "site favored shop", will be mysteriously deleted and theads will get moved to the MOD section. After that, people will be banned for calling certain cars "hack jobs" without naming a shop because people know who worked on it.
Im sorry of this is difficult for anyone to understand.

I am sorry you don't understand.. I am saying you should not talk crap about anyones shop here with out proof...I don't care who's shop it is so don't take any offense but to what I am saying but they where willing to say MM sucks but now they don't have to back it up with a reason.. OK I guess we can all just start ripping into all shops and services because we feel like it and not have to explain our reason for why we don't like something..I would defend anyshop on here the way I am defending MM if they go about it the way they went about it in this thread, Not just because hes a sponsor they should think out what they are about to write and back up any statement that they make negative or possitive...
Also just for the record I am not all mad and stuff like that. I just want whats fair to all of our local shops and dealers in our area.. Things are hard enough out there and all we need is all this negative talk to not make things better...just back up what you say if its a legit gripe then you have the floor.

We know and I said go to MM and thats when all the bull crap started..People ask for help we say go see Joe and it al started do this do that...Its not anyones fault we all have opinions I just want fair to be fair.
