I am new to this forum and looking for help. I own a GT500 that I bought used, with long tube headers, reduced pulley, high flow catbacks and a cold air intake.
My car has been tuned, and passed inspection in 11 and 12, but failed on 12/23/13 so I put it in strogare and it is failing again now.
The dealershipship is telling me the inspection machines are different in 2013 and now check for the sensors that signal to computer.
Has anyone heard of this before? What are your suggestions. The dealer referred me to a speedshop to buy a tuner from him with a tune that would pass NY inspection. I called speedshop and the have a dispute with their vendor, so no luck there.
