Thanks for the info. I spent alot of effort inn dealing with the shops in NYC. After going through considerable effort in researching then compiling all the suspension components for my GT, I still had to argue, negotiate and demand that the parts will fit, work and fuction correctly. I am of the opinion that most shops in NYC only want to do stock tune-ups on late model cars. And even when I managed to find someone willing to take on the job, they would only install bolt-on parts and without notice stuff the weld-on parts in the trunk.
I don't know if it's a form of "Mustang discrimination" or if the mechanics here don't know or how to work on Mustangs. Or if they just don't want to make money. Eitherway, I'm ready to move on to phase two of my project and I DO NOT want to have my motor torn apart and have to deal with the crap I delt with with phase 1. Several times I had to have the work redone to correct simple rookie mistakes. What I'm looking to have done is basically a Roush Stage 3 setup on my Mustang GT. So far this project has been easier said then done.
