Storage questions

When storing your car for the winter, do you fill the tank all the way up? Add anything?
I plan on filling up the tank, adding dry gas, fuel stabilizer, and using a battery charger. I plan on starting the engine once a week and letting it run for 5-10 minutes and if there isn't any snow on the ground, moving the car backward and forward in my driveway (about 75' long). Am I doing too much or not enough?

I top my gas tank off and put Stabil in it. The car is on jack stands and I will not start it until the end of March. I also have a battery tender on it. Been doing this for 5 years with no problems.
