wobbly crank pulley

hey guys .. i just took the 96 gt for a spin and noticed it was running sloppy so i popped the hood and saw the crank pulley wobbling . . not a good sign :-/. There is a sign of oil spray so im thinking the bolt is loose. Do any of you guys know the stock torque specs for this bolt? its kind of important im guessing

Uhhhh, bolt torque is impact!
Actually, sounds like the balancer is coming apart so DO NOT DRIVE IT!!
If, it's leaking oil then it's your crank seal in the front of the timing cover and hopefully the snout on the crank isn't bent.

Bent my crank back in the day when I was running a B&M 17 series blower on my 306. My suggestion change it before it breaks if infact it is bent!!!

Take the pulley off and start the car. See if the balancer is wobbling without thepulley on it. If so:
Get a balancer puller and seal puller from your local auto parts store.
Buy a new balancer and front crank seal.
Remove the bolt for the balancer and use the puller to remove the balancer. (Get a Haynes Manual so you do it right)
Install the new seal and balancer and start the car. If no more wobble then finish putting it back together. If you have a wobble start pulling the motor!!
Oh, I was kidding about the bolt torque. It should be around 120 ft/lbs
